Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. Processing time can run longer during high-volume periods (holidays, new drops) — we will note any expected delay at checkout or by email if it changes.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Standard shipping is free on every order within the US and Canada. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after an order ships, depending on destination.

Local Hand Delivery

For customers in Manhattan, we offer hand-to-hand delivery by appointment only for $59. Our most popular meeting spot is Times Square, though we can arrange another location in Manhattan with you.

Visiting NYC? Order before you leave home, or while you're en route — we'll have it ready and bring it straight to your hotel or wherever you're staying in Manhattan.

Drop a pin. Send it our way. We'll find you — you might not even see us coming. Quick handoff, no small talk: merch in hand, and we're gone. Soon as you've got it, keep it moving.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within the processing window above, contact us and we'll look into it.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
