Urban Co sells branded apparel and accessories through our online store. Product availability and pricing are as shown at checkout.

Product Orders, Shipping & Digital Delivery

When you place an order in our store, you agree to provide accurate contact, payment, and (for physical items) shipping information. Order confirmation does not guarantee availability — if an item cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and issue a refund for that item.

Physical items ship to the address provided at checkout; estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Digital items are delivered electronically (by email or download link) after payment is confirmed and are not shipped.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are as listed at checkout and may change without notice until an order is placed. Payment is processed through our secure third-party payment processor. You are responsible for any applicable taxes and shipping charges shown at checkout, and for keeping a valid payment method on file.

Cancellations

Store orders may be cancelled only before they ship or are digitally delivered — see our Refund Policy for returns and exchanges.
